Damp dispelled. Condensation banished. Farewell failing boiler. Welcome cosy hallway!
This summer we completed a project of work on the hall. A huge thank you to all contractors involved. Richardson and Starling, Bob Lancaster and Son, SH Electrical and Murrays Painters and Decorators.
The inner hall has been damp-proofed . New fans have been installed in both halls, hallway and toilets to combat condensation . The failing gas boiler has been replaced (yippee!) with the addition of six new radiators in both kitchens ,toilets and entrance hallway. We are looking forward to a cosier winter!
